I love exploring—painting and drawing in nearby alleyways. There's so much overlooked and ignored beauty just waiting to be discovered. The shapes and shadows and patterns are just exquisitely wonderful. And the subject itself, the alleyway, is a reminder to be attentive to the forgotten and overlooked and often ignored parts of our lives.
